I'm based in Dubai for work but I've got a rental property in Palo Alto that needs its only bathroom redone before the next tenant moves in, and I've been putting off dealing with it because doing a remodel from 8,000 miles away feels insane. Has anyone here actually talked to them or used them for a small job? I'm not looking for anything fancy, just a clean shower, new vanity, and someone who won't ghost me halfway through. My cousin can check on the place but she's not exactly handy, so I'd be relying on photos and trust.
