Anyone found a reliable BMW shop near ICAD they actually trust?

My 2016 420i is due for its next service and I've been dragging my feet because the last two places I tried both left me feeling like I'd wasted my money. One used a generic oil filter and the other didn't reset the service light, and neither of them could explain what they'd actually done when I asked. I don't need anything fancy, I just want a Reliable BMW maintenance service near ICAD from someone who knows these cars and won't treat me like an inconvenience. A guy at work said he takes his X1 to a place in the area and has never had an issue, but when I pressed him for details he couldn't remember the name, which is typical. So I'm asking here instead. Has anyone found a shop near ICAD they keep going back to? What was the work like, did they use proper parts, and were they upfront about the cost? I'm not trying to spend dealer money but I also don't want another half done job.
